Body weight cardio burner

Gear: Your body, good workout shoes, and hydration

Warm up: 4 rounds

30 seconds jumping jacks

30 seconds high knees

30 seconds easy lateral lunges

30 second inch worms to good mornings

Workout: 25 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

20-15-10-5 reps of the following:

Lunges

Push-ups

Sit-ups

Air Squats

400 m run

Cool Down: walk for 10 minutes and light stretching
